RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 17, Disclosure harmful to personal privacy, of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That the recommendations in the Confidential Administrative Report be approved and that the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in-camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 17 of FOIP.
3. That the Mayor’s office confirm appropriate means to honour or announce the decision.
