PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is for the Erin Ridge Traffic Calming Neighbourhood Consultation Committee to provide their annual report to Council.

COUNCIL DIRECTION
On July 6, 2015 Council passed the following motion:

(C334-2015)
That Administration convene a citizen’s committee to provide feedback on the implemented and planned Erin Ridge traffic calming measures and report to Council annually starting no later than Q2 of 2016, on the results of the committee feedback and any changes to the Erin Ridge traffic mitigation implementation plan.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The Erin Ridge Traffic Calming Consultation Committee is currently made up of:
- 14 members of public (residents of Erin Ridge or Erin Ridge North)
· a minimum of one resident represented from the six zones created for the Erin Ridge and Erin Ridge North communities (six total zones between the two communities).
· each zone is allowed a maximum of 3 representatives
· currently 4 of the 6 zones are at capacity for Committee members:
- 1 facilitator (third party)
- 1 City of St. Albert representative
· Currently the Manager of Transportation

As per Council Motion C334-2015 and as outlined within the mandate of the Erin Ridge Traffic Calming Consultation Committee, the Committee is presenting their annual report to Council (for 2017). This report is provided as an attachment to the Agenda Report.
