Naming of Campbell Park and Ride and Amenities Building

PURPOSE OF REPORT
On May 18, 2017 Mayor Crouse provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 22/2016 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That Council move in camera to consider a naming matter in accordance with Section 23 - Local public body confidences and 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, c.F-25, as amended.
That the recommendations in camera be received and the matter be referred to the Technical Naming Review Panel for recommendations to Council in 2018.
