Library Space Solution Alternative Intensive Study

PURPOSE OF REPORT
On July 4, 2017 Councillor Russell provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 35/2009 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
“As notice was given less than the 13 day requirement for Notices of Motion Administration did not have adequate time to prepare an Administrative Backgrounder.”
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That the Library Space Solution Alternative project will include a requirement that Administration will develop a budget to cover the cost of an intensive study into all the factors involved in this project.
