RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 - Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party
Section 23 - Local public body confidences and Section 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25.
2. That the recommendation in the Confidential Administrative Report be approved and that the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16, 23 and 24 of FOIP, until negotiations with the vendor are complete.

PURPOSE
At the June 19, 2017 Standing Committee of the Whole recommended to Council that the recommendation in the Confidential Administrative Report be approved and that the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential until negotiations with the vendor are complete.
