PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to receive the Inspector's Presentation of the Municipal Inspection Report in accordance with the provisions of Section 24 - Advice from officials and Section 29 - Information that is or will be available to the public, of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That the details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 and 29 of the FOIP Act.
