PURPOSE OF REPORT

 

The purpose of this report is to provide Council with an update on development activity and major policy initiatives that took place in 2016.

The Planning & Development Department oversees Planning, Development, and Building activities within the City.  The attached “Planning & Development 2016 Year-End Report” provides a summary of key activity measures and accomplishments related to the programs and services provided by the Planning & Development Department in 2016.
