1. That Council move in camera to receive a land matter update regarding 80 Salisbury Avenue in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 - Local Public Body Confidences, and Section 27 - Privileged Information, of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ("FOIP") R.S.A. 2000, C. F-25, as amended.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Backgrounder and the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 and 27 of FOIP
