PURPOSE OF REPORT
On April 3, 2017 Councillor Hughes provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 22/2016 that she intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):

That St. Albert administration explore options with the Alberta Resource Recovery Centre Ltd. for how the city could benefit from participating in the development, report back the potential benefits and costs to council and present an MOU for council's consideration by Q3 2017.
