Potential Significant Names List Update

RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 17 - Disclosure harmful to personal privacy and Section 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 and 24 of FOIP.
3. That the “Potential Significant Names List” be updated by adding the names, as amended, included in the "Recommended Naming Additions", provided as a confidential attachment to the April 18, 2017 agenda report entitiled "Potential Significant Names List Update". (amendment that did not form part of the motion - add "Moe Berg" to List)
4. That the “Potential Significant Names List” be updated by deleting the names included in the "Recommended Naming Removals", provided as a confidential attachment to the April 18, 2017 agenda report entitiled "Potential Significant Names List Update".
5. That the updated “Potential Significant Names List” be made public by the City Manager.
6. That Administration bring forward recommendations for updates to the Potential Significant Names List for Council consideration by Q4 2018.
