PURPOSE OF REPORT
On February 27, 2017 Councillor MacKay provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 22/2016 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motions below.
In order for Council to debate the motions, the motions must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That section 3 (1) (c) be modified to add “or an area specifically reserved for smoking”
"That section 3 (1) (d, e and f) be modified to add “while in use” for each section."
