RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a land matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 - Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party, Section 24 Advice from officials and Section 25 - Disclosure Harmful to economic and other interests of a public body of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), RSA 2000, Chapter F-25, as amended
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 16, 24 and 26 of FOIP.
