That the attachment(s) to the January 23, 2017 agenda report entitled "Information Items" be received as information.

PURPOSE OF REPORT
The following information has been determined by the City Manager as "high interest" and is being provided to Council in a public forum:
1. Corporate Financial Indicators - This report is to provide an update on the City’s financial performance for 2015 as indicated through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs Financial Indicators Graph.
2. Community Festival Fund Year Two Grant - This report is to provide information on the approved year two festival funding and all related approved motions.
3. SCW Video - Response from the Office of the Information and Provacy Commissioner of Alberta - This report is to provide the response from the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner regarding the redaction of the SCW video from March 14, 2016.
The information item(s) will have no presentation and the subject matter experts will not be available to speak to the information item(s). If Council has questions regarding the information, the City Manager or General Managers may respond or an information request could be submitted.
