Employment Lands Appraisal

PURPOSE OF REPORT
On January 9 , 2017 Councillor Hughes provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 35/2009 that she intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That Administration provide Council the land size, probable locations, and municipal assignments of land required for future municipal needs on the city-owned portion of the Employment Lands and that up to $xxxx is approved for City to contract an appraisal of each of the City-owned parcels in the Employment Lands, after the municipal needs assigned land is removed.
