The City Manager will be providing information regarding a land matter.

RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to consider a land matter in accordance with provisions of Section 21 - Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations, Section 24 - Advice from Officials and Section 25 - Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body, of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, RSA 2000, Chapter F-25, as amended.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and the in camera discussion remain confidential in accordance with Sections 21, 24, and 25 of FOIP.
