That a deadline extension for the following item be approved: Time Extension Request - Review of Policy C-CS-10 Lieutenant Governor Distinguished Young Artists Legacy Program agenda item be brought back after the Corporate Grant Review.

REASON FOR TIME EXTENSION
This policy may be directly impacted by the Corporate wide grant review currently in process and slated to be presented to Council on March 21, 2022. Review of this policy should be postponed until after the Corporate Grant Review to avoid having to review twice in quick succession.
ALIGNMENT TO COUNCIL DIRECTION OR MANDATORY STATUTORY PROVISION
At the March 15, 2021 Regular Council meeting the following motion (CB-21-013) was approved:
1. That the Young Artist Legacy Grant proceed for 2021;
2. That the changes to Council Policy C-CS-10 (Lieutenant Governor Distinguished Young Artists Legacy Program) shown on the marked up version of the Policy attached to the March 15/2021 Report entitled "CLSC Recommendation Arising from Arts Development Advisory Committee" be approved; and
3. That the Policy be reviewed again prior to 2022.
