That $11,000 used to fund contract dog feces removal twice annually not be eliminated, service to remain as in 2021.

Background:
Current program involves a contractor removing dog feces in select dog off leash areas two times per year (spring and fall). The fall pick up also includes the boarded outdoor rinks which are used as dog off leash areas in the summer. $11,000 represents half of costs (one collection per year). This program originated from Council IR 165-2014 and PM 26-2015.
