1. That Council move in camera to discuss a matter pursuant to Section 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to s. 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act.
