RECOMMENDED MOTIONS
recommendation
That section 22 of Bylaw 40/2019 be amended to provide that a Council review of the Committee's effectiveness and the desirability of its continued existence beyond the midpoint of the 2021-2025 Council term, occur not later than September 30, 2023 on the basis of an evaluation matrix adopted by Council not later than June 30, 2022, and that any consequential amendments to the bylaw be made at the same time.

The purpose of this report is to bring to Council recommended motion arising from an item on the Agenda of the August 23, 2021 meeting of the Community Growth and Infrastructure Standing Committee.
