That Council members be appointed to Council Committees and External Agencies as set out in the table "Recommendations for 2020/2021 Appointments to Council Committees and External Agencies", provided as an attachment to the November 2, 2020 agenda report entitled“Legislative Appointments”, in each case for a term commencing immediately and ending on the date of the 2021 Organizational Meeting unless otherwise specified in the table.

PURPOSE OF REPORT
This Agenda Report brings forward for Council’s consideration the recommendations of the Nominating Committee.
COUNCIL DIRECTION
Sections 27.1 to 27.4 of the Procedure Bylaw provide that a Nominating Committee will recommend to Council the appointments of Council members to committees and other bodies on which Council is entitled to have representation.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The Nominating Committee met on October 29, 2020 to consider and make recommendations for the appointment of members of Council to the Council Committees and External Agencies on which Council representation is required.
In addition to these recommended appointments, all Council Members serve on the following committees:
• Committee of the Whole
• St. Albert-Sturgeon County Intermunicipal Affairs Committee
• Nominating Committee
