That Council defer the decision on this matter until the overall proposed 2021 budget is presented and reviewed by Council.

PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to bring to Council recommended motions arising from an item on the Agenda of the October 13, 2020 meeting of the Community Growth & Infrastructure Standing Committee.
DISCUSSION
The Committee was of the view that any decision to increase service levels prior to the budget process runs the risk of pre-committing dollars without understanding the potential impact on the priorities of the City as a whole.
