PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to present a motion for which Mayor Heron gave notice on September 8, 2020.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That Council Policy C-CC-12 - Civic Agencies be amended to remove standard #6 which says: An Annual Board’s Meeting shall be scheduled to provide each civic agency an opportunity to meet informally with Council.
