PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to present a motion for which Councillor Hansen gave notice on September 4, 2020.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
1. That Administration present for Council’s consideration, at the regular Council meeting on Sept. 21 2020, a bylaw to repeal Bylaw 43/2017 the Heritage Advisory Committee Bylaw.
2. That the 21 day Notice period for Councillor Hansen’s Motion concerning repeal of the Heritage Advisory Committee Bylaw be waived, that the Motion be accepted at this time and that Council forthwith enter into debate on that Motion.
