PURPOSE OF REPORT
On January 20, 2020, Councillor Hughes provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 3/2018 of her intention to make the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, it must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That before April 30, 2020, the Standing Committee Bylaw, being bylaw 39/2019 is amended to change the mayor as a voting member only when the committee requires his/her attendance to achieve quorum.
