That the St. Albert Poet Laureate Policy be adopted as presented.

PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to bring forward the recommendation(s) from the Februay 10, 2020 Community Living Standing Committee meeting.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
NOTE - The following motions were presented and failed on vote:
1. That administration enter into discussion with the Library to take over the Poet Laureate program, possibly using collaboration with regional partners like what is being done with the Writer in Residence program.
2. That the Poet Laureate Policy be amended to remove the age requirement.
