Terms of Reference

PURPOSE
Further to discussions on December 9, 2019, Administration has prepared a revised version of the draft Terms of Reference (TOR). The revised version is attached, using "tracked changes" to show where it differs from the version presented for the Committee's consideration at the last meeting.
Admistration will have alternative motions ready, depending whether the attached revised version of the TOR meets with the Committee's approval for recommendation to Council, or whether further revisions are required.
