REASON FOR TIME EXTENSION REQUEST
Engineering requests a time extension from Council to present the proposed work plan on park encroachments to fall in line with the Parks Bylaw update timeline.
Work is currently underway to update the Parks Bylaw and it is expected to be before Council in Q3 of 2020.
