PURPOSE
Further to discussions on November 12, 2019, the attached draft Terms of Reference (TOR) are presented for the Committee's consideration. Admistration will have alternative motions ready to present for the Committee's consideration, depending whether Committee members wish to make revisions to the TOR, and if so how extensive the revisions are.
