Administration’s Understanding of Intent Motion:

That the ongoing budget for the Mayor's telephone & mobile device budget be reduced by $1,700 to $1,500.

 

Operational or Organizational Impacts if Motion is Approved:

None

 

Financial Implications of Motions:

Ongoing budget would be reduced to $1,500 starting in 2020 and $1,700 will be returned to offset taxes.  Impacts Cost center 1010 project #516112 account 6404

Background:

Based on Q3 YTD actuals, a $1,500 budget would be adequate to cover the costs of these items.
