Time Extension Request - Utility Corporation Considerations be extended from September 23, 2019 to the October 28, 2019 City Council meeting.

REASON FOR TIME EXTENSION REQUEST
In order to accommodate a comprehensive examination of alternatives, the consultant and project team require additional time to complete the required business case. A time extension will also provide the opportunity to finalize a community communication plan.
