RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a land matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), Section 24 (Advice from officials), and Section 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act.
