PURPOSE OF REPORT
On March 4, 2019 Councillor MacKay provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 3/2018 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That the Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot operating hours change to become Monday to Sunday with the exception of statutory holidays and that an amount of $X for the 2019 year be funded from the Solid Waste reserve and that the ongoing annual costs are incorporated into the 2020 Utility budget rates.
