1. That Bylaw 14/2019, being amendment 2 to the South Riel Area Structure Plan 29/2015, be read a first time.
2. That a public hearing on Bylaw 14/2019, be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on April 23, 2019.
(3) Bylaw 15/2019 Land Use Bylaw, Text Amendment
1. That Bylaw 15/2019, being amendment 168 to the Land Use Bylaw 9/2005, be read a first time.

PURPOSE OF REPORT
This report discusses proposed amendments to the South Riel Area Structure Plan, a new Land Use District, an amendment to Schedule A of the Land Use Bylaw, and a road closure. All amendments require a public hearing and Council’s approval as per the requirements in the Municipal Government Act (MGA).
