RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a land matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That Council receive as information the confidential administrative report and that the confidential administrative report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
