RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to receive a privileged report on legal matters from the City Solicitor, pursuant to the provisions of Section 27(1)(a) - Solicitor and Client Privileged information of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
2. That the details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A., 2000, c.M-26.
