RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a Land matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 21 - Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations, Section 22 - Cabinet and Treasury Board confidences, Section 23 - Local public body confidences and Section 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A., 2000, C.M-26.
