RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss a matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 21 - Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations and Section 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That the details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A., 2000, M-26.
