PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to transmit to Council the recommendations from the December 10, 2018 GPFC meeting.

On December 10, 2018 GPFC passed the following motions:
That the Governance, Priorities and Finance Committee recommend to Council:

That a Public Hearing date for Bylaw 3/2019 be scheduled for January 21, 2019.
