That Council move in camera to have a confidential dialogue in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 - Confidential evaluations of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
That the details of the in-camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act.
