RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss the CAO Performance Management Policy & Quarterly Performance Review matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 - Confidential evaluations and Section 24 - Advice from officials of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That the evaluation and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act.
