RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss an intergovernmental matter in accordance with the provisions of Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), 23 (Local public body confidences) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report pertaining to this matter, and details of the in camera discussion, remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act.
