PURPOSE OF REPORT
On September 12, 2018 Councillor Watkins provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 3/2018 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That Council direct Administration to complete background technical studies for the proposed Area Structure Plan area that encompasses both the City owned portion of the Lakeview Business District and the Badger Lands, with $110,000 funded from Capital Funding reserves.
