That Council withdraw their membership to the Alberta Bilingual Municipalities Association.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On February 24, 2014 the following motion was passed:
(C97-2014)
That the City of St. Albert join the Concerto Network.
In 2017 Concerto Network changed their name to Alberta Bilingual Municipalities Association. Annually Council appoints a Council member to serve on the Board.
