PURPOSE OF REPORT
At the June 11, 2018 Council Meeting Councillor MacKay provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 3/2018 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):
recommendation
That notice as outlined in Section 23.7 of the Procedure Bylaw be waived for the purpose of the Notice of Motion for the St. Albert Humboldt Remembrance Committee.
That $10,000 and other in-kind support (not to exceed $5000.00), to be funded from the Stabilization Reserve, be allocated to the St. Albert Humboldt Remembrance Committee.
