That the deadline extension for the following items be approved:
Borrowing Bylaw - Petitioning Requirements - be extended from June 25, 2018 to September 10, 2018.
C-CS-04 - Public Art Policy - be extended from June 25, 2018 to September 10, 2018.

PURPOSE OF REPORT
Borrowing Bylaw - Petitioning Requirements
On July 4, 2017 Council passed the following motion:
(CM-17-058)
That Administration prepare draft amendments to all relevant policies and bylaws to require that a minimum of 60 days is provided between the first reading or amendments to the initial borrowing bylaw and the end of the petition period for all borrowing bylaws to provide a fair petition period for resident response and to have these brought back for Council's approval by the end of Q1 of 2018.
Administration is requesting the time extension to bring the matter to the Governance, Priorities and Finance Committee for the Committee’s input and guidance prior to presenting the final policy to Council.
