That City Council Policy C-FS-05 Budget and Taxation Guiding Principles, be amended by substituting the proposed City Council Policy C-FS-05 Budget and Taxation Guiding Principles, as shown in the Attachment to the May 28, 2018 agenda report entitled "C-FS-05 Budget and Taxation Guiding Principles RMR Amendment".

PURPOSE OF REPORT
On May 14, 2018 the Governance, Priorities and Finance Commitee reviewed the attached Policy C-FS-05 Budget and Taxation Guiding Principles. The Committee is recommending to Council to approve the proposed amendments to Policy C-FS-05 Budget and Taxation Guiding Principles to allow for final approval for RMR charters and funding for the upcoming taxation year.
