RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1. That Council move in camera to discuss the appointment of an Integrity Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 - Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party and Section 17 - Disclosure harmful to personal privacy of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
2. That Council pass the recommendation in the attached Confidential Administrative Report.
3. That the Confidential Administrative Report and the details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 of FOIP.
