RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
That Council move in camera to discuss a land matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 - Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party, Section 25 - Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body and Section 27 - Privileged Information, of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) R.S.A. 2000, C.F-25, as amended.
That the Confidential Administrative Backgrounder and attachments and details of the in-camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16, 25 and 27 of FOIP.
