PURPOSE OF REPORT
On November 6, 2017 Councillor Brodhead provided notice in accordance with Section 23 of Procedure Bylaw 22/2016 that he intended to bring forward the proposed motion below.
In order for Council to debate the motion, the motion must be formally moved.
PROPOSED MOTION(S):

That $20,000 from the Stabilization Reserve be used to fund a facilitated Strategic Planning session to be held in early 2018 in support of developing the 2019 St. Albert Strategic Plan.
