At the April 11, 2022 CLSC Meeting the following motion, proposed by Administration, was defeated on a 3-1 vote (FOR: Mayor Heron / AGAINST: Councillor MacKay, Councillor Hughes, Councillor Biermanski):
That the Community Living Standing Committee recommend to Council that CM-17-120 (That Administration develop recommendations for a Bylaw that protects the river valley area, natural areas and parklands) be rescinded.

The purpose of this report is to provide Council with a recommended motion from Administration that was not supported by Community Living Standing Committee at the April 11, 2022 meeting.
